View the course list and select a course here:

Watch the training video or go through the training content and answer the questions that follow.

Follow the steps below to download your certificate:

Each course houses a prerequisite course that must be completed before you can begin the course.

A course prerequisite can be seen on the course page under the ‘Course Info’ tab when first entering a new course here:

In order to access the course content for any course, the prerequisite courses must be completed.

Click on a prerequisite course from the list under the ‘Course Info’ tab to complete any neccesary courses:

Navigate to the..

..tab in your Dashboard:

Naviagte to the completed course you would like to download the certificate for.

Click on the..

..button on the relevant course.
